The candidate must complete an online application form accessible on the UHS website (http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs).
Every candidate must pay an application fee of Rs. 1000/- for BPS 17 and above, Rs. 500 for BPS-11 to BPS-16, and Rs. 300 for BPS-05 to BPS-10 before applying online.
After completing the online application, print it and submit it to the office of the Director (Admin & Coord), University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, along with attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC and passport size coloured photographs, original bank challan / DD / PO of paid processing fee.
